Frequently asked questions

How much luggage fits in the coach?

Usually one larger suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person; less in minivans and minibuses. Mention skis, bikes or bulky equipment in the request — we choose a vehicle with suitable space or a trailer.

Is there a toilet on board?

Tourist coaches from 49 seats usually have one; minivans and minibuses do not, and the driver plans stops on longer routes. The equipment of the specific vehicle is stated in the offer.

What if we are more than 78 people?

We arrange several buses at once. Give the total number of people and we propose a combination of vehicles.

Can we depart from a country other than Czechia?

Yes, on request. Our base is in Czechia; departures from Germany, Poland, Slovakia or another country are arranged through partner carriers subject to availability.

How is the price calculated?

Individually by route, number of days, vehicle category, date and number of passengers. There is no price list or automatic calculator — send a request and you receive a specific offer.

When do I receive the offer?

Usually on working days, as soon as possible after the request. For complex routes with several vehicles it may take longer.

How do payment and cancellation work?

Payment and cancellation terms are part of every offer and are confirmed before the order. The coach is not booked automatically — only after your confirmation.
